Good to know
INAH's unified Tulum fee already includes the CONANP national-park charge and the Grupo Mundo Maya charge. The site is open 8:00–17:00, last entry 15:30 (INAH page updated 10 Aug 2026; checked 16 Oct 2026). If the listing or someone on the day quotes a different amount, treat the INAH page as the official reference.
Questions before you book
Is the Tulum entrance fee included?
No. You pay it separately: MXN 265 for foreign visitors or MXN 80 for Mexican nationals, per INAH (checked Oct 2026). That single fee already covers the CONANP national-park charge. The listing also names "reserve taxes" as not included, so ask the operator what that covers before you pay anything twice.
Can I swim at the cenote?
The tour stops at Nohoch cenote, but the life jacket, snorkel gear and locker are not included. The listing doesn't give their prices, so carry some cash.
Is lunch included?
No. Food isn't included on this listing. If you'd rather have lunch covered, the Tulum, cenote & Akumal turtle tour includes one.
Where does pickup happen?
From hotels in Cancún, Playa Mujeres and downtown Cancún. Anywhere else, you go to a meeting point. Check your hotel on GetYourGuide before paying.
Should I pick this or the Tulum + Akumal tour?
This one costs less (from US$50) and gives the whole day to Tulum and one cenote. The Tulum + Akumal tour (from US$83, 10 hours) adds guided snorkeling with sea turtles in Akumal, entry to Mariposa cenote and lunch. Its listing also asks for US$40 per adult / US$25 per child when boarding, for the Tulum, Parque del Jaguar, cenote-park and government fees (the operator's figures).
What are Tulum's opening hours?
8:00 to 17:00, last entry 15:30, per INAH. The tour runs on its own schedule; the start time isn't stated in the listing.
